What you'll do

• Lead construction administration and inspection for aviation projects
• manage contracts, schedules, budgets, quality assurance, and stakeholder communications
• interpret and enforce FAA, DOT, and other applicable requirements
• review work quality, materials, compliance, and field conditions
• identify risks and resolve construction issues
• lead progress meetings
• oversee inspectors, field staff, and subconsultants
• support airport, roadway, drainage, utility, and site development work
• maintain field documentation, inspection reports, testing records, and audit documentation
• review pay applications and verify work before payment authorization.
