What you'll do

• Partner with department leaders on workforce planning and hiring strategies
• source and attract talent through relationships with universities, labs, trade schools, and talent niches
• screen candidates and communicate the company’s mission and talent brand
• design and refine interview processes to improve selection confidence and reduce bias
• collaborate with executives on candidate closing strategies and resources.
