What you'll do

• Assist with planning and directing department activities
• train and develop employees
• visit crews and address their needs
• conduct interviews, orientations, evaluations, and driving tests as assigned
• support payroll distribution and department profitability
• oversee equipment check-in and check-out, maintenance, and safety checks
• conduct customer quality visits and resolve complaints
• enforce standard operating procedures
• assist with storm and snow-damage operations.
