PC Support Technician

What you'll do

• Provide help desk and desktop support for hardware, software, and operating system issues. Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, and peripherals. Perform imaging, software installation, operating system deployment, upgrades, and patch management. Resolve network connectivity issues, manage service tickets and user accounts, maintain asset inventories and documentation, and coordinate with infrastructure teams. Support IT policies and cybersecurity compliance
• provide on-call support for maintenance and mission-critical incidents when required.
