What you'll do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including grooming, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene

• monitor and report changes in health, behavior, or condition
• follow individual care plans and facility policies
• maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• collaborate with the nursing team and fellow caregivers
• treat residents with dignity and respect.
