What you'll do

• Add advertising materials to the North America Asset Library
• track advertising flight dates
• organize materials in the team drive
• assist with asset approval before campaigns launch
• check that assets complete required compliance procedures
• consult internal teams on regulator feedback
• maintain current offer and Responsible Gaming disclaimers
• monitor competitor disclaimers
• assist with compliance reviews and external creative agency guidance
• gather materials for regulator audits
• lead internal audits for disclaimer accuracy
• refine and document compliance processes and regulator communications
• and help maintain marketing guides for each state and province.
