What you'll do

• Direct case processing and immigration records activities
• oversee preparation, review, and management of case files
• ensure A-files and ICE systems are accurate and current
• ensure staff comply with federal privacy laws, DHS policies, and data-security requirements
• retrieve and organize court and supporting records
• maintain case status and court scheduling logs
• generate case status reports and dashboards
• coordinate with EOIR, USCIS, ICE officers, and other parties
• review paperwork
• track release-condition compliance
• coordinate interviews and removal documentation
• direct, train, evaluate, and develop employees.
