What you'll do

• Develop project work plans and manage technical resources
• direct IT governance, board charters, strategic roadmaps, compliance, and risk mitigation
• guide enterprise governance and process redesign
• serve as liaison to executive stakeholders
• refine IT Governance Board strategy and processes
• integrate change-request processes
• redesign the Architecture Review Board and implement automation
• refresh DMCC processes
• assist with identifying AI use cases and developing AI packages
• track laws, regulations, and policies
• revise memoranda of understanding and establish compliance procedures.
