What you'll do

• Schedule appointments for new and existing patients
• answer calls professionally
• obtain and enter accurate demographic information in eClinicalWorks
• confirm appointment details
• explain items new patients should bring and arrival timing
• answer questions and reschedule appointments
• direct calls and create telephone encounters for follow-up
• use judgment with upset patients and escalate calls when appropriate
• provide communication, documentation, education, and service to patients.
