The role guides and supervises nursing assistants, responds to changes in resident condition, and maintains clinical documentation and regulatory compliance.

What you'll do

• Provide nursing care and administer medications and prescribed treatments according to care plans
• supervise CNA staff
• conduct resident rounds
• respond to changes in condition and initiate interventions
• coach and guide staff
• coordinate shift handoffs
• communicate with providers and families
• document assessments and care in the EMR
• support admissions, transfers, discharges, infection control, and regulatory surveys.
