What you'll do

• Lead service operations, including technicians, dispatch, scheduling, estimating, and customer support
• develop the annual operating and growth plan
• manage division P&L, budgets, forecasts, pricing, and performance indicators
• grow the client base and recurring maintenance agreements
• recruit, train, and retain technicians
• improve customer service and first-time fix performance
• optimize workflows and dispatch
• lead adoption of Salesforce Field Service Management
• promote safety and oversee service vehicles, tools, equipment, and inventory.
