The Direct Support Professional (DSP), Mental Health & Behavioral Support role is onsite in Sedalia, MO, with starting pay of $18 per hour. What you'll do

• Provide trauma-informed support
• recognize distress and use de-escalation strategies
• build trusting relationships
• support emotional regulation, communication, and coping skills
• implement individualized Behavior Support Plans and safety plans
• assist with daily living and community participation
• provide medication assistance according to training and procedures
• document services and communicate changes to the team.
