What you'll do

• Perform advanced carpentry, remodeling, and home improvement projects
• install and repair doors, trim, cabinetry, flooring, decks, and fences
• complete drywall repair, finishing, and painting touch-ups
• assist with bathroom updates and aging-in-place modifications such as grab bars, handrails, and ramps
• diagnose problems and recommend solutions
• communicate professionally with customers
• maintain a safe, clean, organized work environment
• help establish company standards and processes.
