Install Coordinator

Job overview

The Install Coordinator role is full-time and in person in West Seattle, WA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM and occasional flexibility during busy install periods. Pay is $25–$32 per hour. Bee’s Plumbing and Heating serves residential and commercial customers across the greater Seattle area. The coordinator connects office and field operations to keep installation work scheduled and documented. The role manages the install calendar and backlog, coordinates permits and inspections, tracks job labor and costs, and provides useful updates to leadership.

What you'll do

• Maintain the Excel install calendar and backlog schedule
• update job records and statuses in ServiceTitan
• communicate changes and priorities
• monitor scheduling conflicts and crew capacity
• prepare permit applications and track documents and status
• coordinate inspections
• track labor hours and estimated versus actual costs
• report findings and investigate discrepancies and cost overruns.

Why this role
