Assistant Installation Manager

What you'll do

• Assist with installation scheduling, inventory distribution and counts, service scheduling and resolution, and pre-construction walkthroughs
• support recruiting, onboarding, and training third-party installers
• enter job orders
• order products
• coordinate job flow with office staff
• prepare job packets
• assist installers on job sites as needed
• partner with Service and Sales Operations on customer issues
• support installer performance
• follow job-site safety policies. Loading/unloading and product installation may be required depending on location, volume, and staffing.
