What you'll do

• Master the assigned station
• follow cleaning schedules and checklists
• prepare proteins and other foods
• measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
• bake, roast, broil, and steam foods
• monitor cooking for quality
• carve and portion food, add sauces, and garnish plates
• respond to guest or employee concerns as needed.
