The Leasing Consultant engages prospective and current residents, promotes available units and amenities, and works leads through the leasing process. The role also supports resident retention through individual follow-up and monthly events, while helping maintain a welcoming and well-presented property.

What you'll do

• Provide professional and hospitable service to prospects and residents
• prepare the property, show units, and amenities for tours
• generate leads through advertising, website updates, social media, and community outreach
• update the lead pipeline and respond to inquiries within 30 minutes
• conduct tours and seek lease commitments and deposits
• monitor competitors and market trends
• engage current residents and participate in monthly resident events.
