The Behavior Consultant – Applied Behavior Analysis (Center-Based) role is onsite in Wilkes-Barre, PA. Pay is $55 per hour. Elite ABA Therapy provides year-round, center-based one-to-one ABA services to children ages 2 to 8 with autism and/or developmental delays; clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The consultant oversees a small caseload and supports individualized treatment by assessing client needs, developing and updating programs, supervising and training behavior technicians, reviewing data, and working with caregivers. This clinical work advances clients’ independence, social integration, and meaningful skill development.

What you'll do

• Conduct supervision with behavior health technicians and attend supervision with the supervising BCBA or Clinical Director
• conduct functional behavior assessments
• write treatment plans and set goals in practice management software
• conduct standardized and norm-referenced assessments
• design and update individualized DTT programs
• train technicians
• review client data and session notes
• write daily notes for billable sessions
• conduct monthly caregiver training.
