The Armed Security Shift Supervisor - Transit role is onsite and mobile across RTD transit posts in Denver, CO. Compensation is $29.73 per hour. What you'll do

• Oversee security officers across multiple RTD posts
• drive between locations and conduct officer and post checks
• ensure officers are present, properly positioned, and equipped
• manage call-offs, attendance, scheduling, and post coverage
• review payroll and timekeeping
• address performance concerns and assist with disciplinary actions
• respond to operational issues
• maintain communication with officers and management
• coach and guide assigned personnel
• support training and safety programs.
