Facilities Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Perform routine facility and equipment maintenance
• troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, racking, cranes, and conveyors
• document critical-equipment run cycles
• maintain building management, hydraulic, pneumatic, and fire-suppression systems
• perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs
• assist with maintenance inventory
• and perform cleaning or custodial tasks as needed. After-hours, weekend, and alarm response may be required.

Why this role

Requires 2–3 years of relevant experience, a valid Texas driver’s license, and ability to operate a forklift and use power and hand tools; facilities-maintenance certification is preferred.
