What you'll do

• Carry an active caseload
• conduct VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and Vineland assessments
• develop individualized treatment and behavior support plans
• supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians using evidence-based strategies including BST
• provide parent and caregiver training
• collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams
• analyze progress data and adjust programming
• support clients during crisis situations
• maintain documentation and comply with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines.
