What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff
• follow security procedures and site policies
• respond professionally to incidents and concerns
• patrol building perimeters, parking areas, lobbies, common areas, and access points
• observe and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and access issues
• assist with access control, visitor direction, and daily activity and incident documentation.
