What you'll do

• Resolve Tier 1–3 deskside incidents involving workstations, printers, and peripherals
• manage Active Directory tasks and system reimage or wipe approvals
• set up and maintain computer systems
• use diagnostic and help desk tracking tools
• assist with network hardware, servers, and software installation and troubleshooting
• inventory IT assets
• assist with vulnerability remediation
• repair failed equipment and demonstrate it to users
• install, configure, repair, and maintain equipment and applications
• perform operational checks and preventive maintenance
• work with system administrators to maintain the network.
