What you'll do

• Document operational requirements, training objectives, and material scope
• prioritize development requirements with stakeholders
• research classified and unclassified sources for authentic Chinese content
• develop materials for transcription, translation, and analysis exercises
• collaborate with instructors, government personnel, and contractor teams
• use audio and creative software to create blended learning
• design practical evaluations
• recommend tools to improve training effectiveness.
