The Marketing Manager – Character Brands role is onsite in Pico Rivera, California. Compensation is $80,000–$90,000 per year. WSLicensing creates original character brands and products intended to bring joy through creative storytelling. The role grows character brands and fan communities across digital and retail channels. It develops marketing strategy and content, supports product launches, engages audiences and collaborators, and tracks campaign results to strengthen brand awareness and sales.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute marketing strategies across digital and retail channels
• manage social media across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging platforms
• create and publish content
• shape character brand voice and storytelling
• support product launches with campaigns and promotional materials
• engage fans, creators, and customers
• collaborate with influencers, licensing partners, and brand collaborators
• assist with email marketing
• track campaign performance using social insights, Google Analytics, Shopify, and other tools
• coordinate with design, sales, e-commerce, and product development teams.
