What you'll do

• Assist the Community Manager with staffing and employee development
• teach staff skills and schedule work
• maintain a safe work environment and common areas
• perform preventive maintenance for pools, parking lots, and building exteriors
• recommend capital improvements
• respond to service requests within 24 hours
• inspect competing properties
• order repair parts
• educate staff on safety and OSHA guidelines.
