The Clinical Laboratory Section Supervisor role is onsite at Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock, TX. Compensation is $36.82 to $58.13 per hour. Under the direction of the Laboratory Director and/or Laboratory Manager, the supervisor plans, directs, and supervises technical and operational activities in the assigned laboratory section. The role supports reliable laboratory operations within Covenant Medical Center’s patient-focused care environment.

What you'll do

• Plan, direct, and supervise technical and operational activities in the assigned clinical laboratory section.
• The position requires a bachelor’s degree or meeting CLIA requirements and sufficient clinical laboratory experience to perform assigned work accurately and precisely.
• Occasional weekend and holiday coverage is needed.
