What you'll do

• Develop and oversee the restorative nursing program in accordance with regulations
• assess residents and initiate, maintain, and update programs
• collaborate with Nursing, Therapy, MDS, and interdisciplinary teams on care plans
• supervise, train, and educate restorative aides and nursing staff
• monitor resident progress and adjust programs
• maintain compliant documentation
• support MDS assessments
• conduct audits
• monitor restorative equipment
• identify improvement opportunities and communicate recommendations to nursing leadership.
