What you'll do

• Identify spare-parts requirements using computer systems, machine documentation, drawings, and manuals
• learn the System 21 ERP system
• prepare quotations
• process customer purchase orders
• check inventory and fulfill urgent orders from warehouse stock when needed
• verify outgoing shipments
• respond to customer inquiries
• monitor back orders and follow up on delays
• file transportation claims when needed
• assist with year-end inventory.
