Maintenance Technician II

Job overview

What you'll do

• Assist the Facilities Manager with assigned maintenance
• maintain heating and air conditioning
• inspect and repair equipment
• winterize buildings
• check fire extinguishers
• perform electrical, wiring, plumbing, painting, and general repairs
• help relocate equipment and furnishings
• assist with regular and emergency maintenance when the manager is off premises
• respond to after-hours facility emergencies and attend training as required.
