Donor Relations Manager

What you'll do

• Cultivate, solicit, and steward entry- to mid-level donors and prospects
• welcome new and reactivated donors
• develop strategies to increase recurring monthly gifts
• plan donor engagement and recognition events with the Director of Development
• use meetings, calls, email, notes, events, digital marketing, and social media for stewardship
• identify high-capacity prospects
• monitor giving trends and engagement metrics
• maintain donor records in Raiser’s Edge
• support fundraising and stewardship initiatives.
