What you'll do

• Develop the B2C growth strategy
• analyze sales data and improve conversion
• lead and coach sales team leads
• design customer engagement and follow-up processes
• embed AI workflows and call-quality analysis
• govern CRM architecture and pipeline processes
• build BI dashboards
• develop sales training with the Training Department
• collaborate with Marketing, Estimating, and Production
• report and forecast performance to the CEO.
