What you'll do

• Provide daily care, counsel, and supervision
• complete bed checks at least every 15 minutes and document observations
• support individual treatment programs and activities
• monitor behavior and use established interventions
• provide a stable role model
• support residents’ health and wellness, including meals and prescribed medication dispensing as assigned
• maintain a clean home
• transport residents as needed
• participate in supervision and team meetings
• protect resident confidentiality.
