What you'll do

• Perform supervisor duties in their absence
• monitor E-Time accounts and ensure proper coding in Oracle, E-Time, and manpower documents
• evaluate production procedures and identify improvements
• interpret and implement pack schedule directions
• assign work stations and acquire supplies
• ensure line and moving equipment are operational and safe
• monitor quality and make adjustments
• maintain SQF, cleanliness, and safety standards
• ensure customer standards are met
• maintain inventory awareness
• train new employees.
