What you'll do

• Provide customer service to court visitors, judicial personnel, staff, and contractors
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of court facilities, entrances, public areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations
• monitor access points and visitor flow
• report unusual activity or policy violations
• respond professionally to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies
• prepare incident reports and communicate with site contacts, law enforcement, and emergency responders as required.

Why this role
