Industrial Maintenance Supervisor — Overnight

The Industrial Maintenance Supervisor works onsite at Waiakea’s production facility in Hilo, Hawaii. Pay is $28–$34 per hour, with an additional 5% overnight shift differential. The current schedule is Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM, plus one Saturday overtime shift per month; effective November 1, 2026, the schedule transitions to a 12-hour Pitman 2-2-3 rotation from 6:00 PM–6:30 AM. Waiakea produces Hawaiian volcanic water and emphasizes safety and quality in production. The supervisor leads maintenance technicians and supports reliable production by troubleshooting, repairing, and improving process and packaging equipment. The role also advances safety, quality, delivery, cost, and maintenance practices through preventive work, root-cause analysis, and coordination with operators, engineers, and vendors.

What you'll do

• Oversee maintenance technicians
• troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment systems
• perform advanced preventive maintenance
• review maintenance records and communicate issues
• maintain equipment and inventory systems
• lead process improvement and root-cause analysis
• support operators with adjustments, setups, and changeovers
• coordinate with engineers and vendors
• use machine tools and welding equipment as needed
• assist with training, scheduling, interviews, and technician assessments.
