What you'll do

• Consult with Wellmark leaders on platform capabilities, engineering delivery challenges, process improvements, and technology enhancements
• contribute technical leadership and direction to internal developer platform initiatives
• lead technical designs for integrated application platforms
• collaborate with architects, project teams, and stakeholders on design deliverables and solutions
• support architecture governance, IT policies, security, and infrastructure
• provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship.
