What you'll do

• Submit vehicle sales contracts to lenders and track funding
• work with finance and sales teams to correct paperwork
• post deals in the accounting system
• process trade payoffs and track titles
• prepare and submit DMV title and registration paperwork for in-state and out-of-state sales
• resolve rejected or delayed submissions and communicate with customers as needed
• submit finance and insurance product payments and process cancellations
• review schedules and follow up on outstanding items.
