The Senior RTL Design Engineer is an onsite role based in Boise, ID. Compensation is not specified for this position. This role supports the DRAM design team. This role exists to build and develop DRAM digital and mixed-signal blocks. It contributes to the team by supporting the RTL lifecycle from specification to signoff, ensuring high-quality designs that meet power, performance, and area targets.
What you'll do
- Contribute to RTL build of digital and mixed-signal components.
- Implement high-performance RTL designs.
- Perform front-end quality checks including lint, CDC/RDC, and synthesis.
- Collaborate with physical design teams to achieve timing closure.
- Apply low-power design practices.
What we're looking for
- Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience
- Master's degree with 4+ years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of pre-silicon RTL design experience.
