What you'll do

• Set up banquet rooms with items specified in event orders
• greet members and guests
• serve food and beverages in the appropriate order
• attend to guest needs and replenish beverages
• follow laws for serving alcoholic beverages
• reset rooms to event specifications
• maintain clean, orderly storage facilities and equipment
• attend pre-event line-up meetings.
