CT Technologist Trainee — Full-Time, Variable Schedule

The CT Technologist Trainee works onsite in Norwalk, CA, in a 12-month developmental program; pay is $33 per hour. Los Angeles Community Hospitals provides hands-on clinical experience, mentorship, and educational support for radiologic technologists advancing into computed tomography. The trainee performs basic diagnostic radiologic procedures and advanced CT procedures under the supervision of a licensed CT technologist. The role supports safe, accurate imaging and prepares the participant to complete clinical competencies and pass the applicable state and/or ARRT CT registry exam.

What you'll do

• Perform diagnostic radiologic procedures and CT procedures under licensed CT Tech supervision
• verify patient identity and ordered procedures
• position and monitor patients
• follow radiation safety, infection control, and privacy practices
• coordinate with radiology staff
• maintain equipment, records, and procedural documentation.
