Collections Representative II

Job overview

What you'll do

• Contact members with delinquent accounts to establish payment schedules
• document collection actions
• follow up on returned or insufficient payments
• educate members about timely repayment
• negotiate payment options
• update reports and records
• prepare delinquency notices and charged-off loan, repossession, and bankruptcy documents
• research payment issues
• and assist with insurance claim documentation.
