Service Technician — Cinnamon Tree

What you'll do

• Perform general maintenance in common areas
• complete service requests in occupied apartments
• participate in preventive maintenance and repair mechanical systems
• maintain grounds and common areas
• assist with inspections and quality assurance reviews
• and provide courteous service to residents. The posting states that the schedule may require weekends and after-hours emergency services and that on-call responsibilities may be required.
