What you'll do

• Provide individual and group support to clients in treatment and residence
• assist the primary therapist with caseload management and coordinate client activities. Document services, maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance, supervise the therapeutic milieu, and assist clinical and admissions staff as needed. Facilitate smoke breaks, breathalyzer tests, and urine drug screens, and follow facility policies and applicable laws.
