What you'll do

• Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and administer access control, IP video, intrusion, and intercom systems
• respond to service calls, including after-hours and emergency dispatch on a rotating basis
• perform small installations and moves, adds, and changes
• configure controllers, cameras, and video management systems and apply updates
• support customer system administration and end-user training
• diagnose network and connectivity issues
• perform preventive maintenance
• complete service tickets and deficiency reports
• recommend repairs and upgrades
• maintain service documentation and as-builts
• and manage truck stock, tools, and test equipment.
