The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Part-Time, Hybrid role is based in Greensboro, NC, with hybrid work opportunities that allow eligible responsibilities to be completed remotely while maintaining in-person clinical oversight. Compensation is $85–$115 per hour. Kennedy ABA provides Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and families and supports clinicians with clinical and administrative resources. The BCBA oversees individualized ABA treatment programs, supervises Registered Behavior Technicians, and monitors client progress. Through assessment, treatment planning, caregiver collaboration, and clinical guidance, the role supports ethical, evidence-based care and meaningful outcomes for clients and families.

What you'll do

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• oversee and evaluate ABA programs
• supervise and mentor RBTs
• monitor progress through data analysis, observation, and assessment
• modify protocols as clinically appropriate
• collaborate with caregivers and provide education
• maintain timely, compliant clinical documentation
• collaborate with clinical leadership and administrative teams
• ensure services meet BACB ethical standards and applicable requirements.
