Provisioning Specialist

What you'll do

• Process customer and vendor service orders, installations, activations, and disconnections
• coordinate vendor and customer communications, quotes, and activation calls
• maintain reports, inventory records, contracts, service dates, customer files, and completion notices
• track multiple active orders and projects
• follow up on outstanding items
• and collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve issues and meet deadlines.
