What you'll do

• Oversee product manufacturing and production schedules
• reinforce workplace safety
• ensure compliance with GMPs, sanitation, food safety, and quality requirements
• develop employee training programs
• lead plant and corporate continuous improvement initiatives
• contribute to plant leadership
• manage departmental budgets and identify cost savings
• develop capital project proposals
• collaborate with Customer Service on inquiries and complaints
• serve as a primary contact for regulatory inspectors
• perform additional assigned duties.
