The role prepares drinks, takes and enters orders, processes payments, and builds positive customer interactions. Brewistas also keep the stand stocked, clean, and sanitary while working their assigned positions and shift duties.

What you'll do

• Confirm drink orders and enter them accurately into the point-of-sale system
• collect payments and count back change
• prepare drinks and premixes
• maintain productivity throughout the shift
• connect with customers and offer menu suggestions
• complete shift-change duties, checklists, and weekly chores
• maintain sanitation and safety standards
• stock and clean the stand.
