Front Desk Operator (PRN) — Overnight

The Front Desk Operator (PRN) role is onsite in Palm Harbor, FL. Compensation is $16–$18 per hour, plus credit for experience. The position supports daily community operations by routing calls and visitors, keeping accurate logs, monitoring safety systems, and coordinating with nursing, security, and emergency services.

What you'll do

• Manage interoffice and house calls through a PBX switchboard
• greet and direct visitors while maintaining confidentiality
• distribute guest room keys and accurately log calls, materials, and visitor information
• monitor safety and security systems and respond appropriately in emergencies
• coordinate with nursing, security, and emergency services
• provide administrative support to other departments.
